Makakilo Hale II is a townhouse community located in Hawaii on the island of O’ahu. It sits in the hills of Makakilo, overlooking Kapolei, the Ewa Plain, and the southern shoreline of O’ahu extending all the way to Diamond Head. With its sweeping ocean view, park-like grounds, towering eucalyptus & monkey pod trees, and cooling breezes, there’s no other place in Hawaii quite like it!

Hale II was recently featured as the winning property on HGTV’s “House Hunters”.

It's all about LOCATION!

Hale II is comprised of 120 units spread over 17 acres of beautifully landscaped and diligently maintained land. The views from across the property are some of the most awesome on Oahu. Our amenities include a private pool and a play area with a swingset.

Makakilo is famous for its breezes. When folks down on the plain crank their AC units, we just open our windows!

We’re just a few minutes away from the Ko’olina resort, which boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. To the south is White Plains Beach, with year-round surfing thanks to an exposed reef break. And we’ve got two gorgeous golf clubs in the area.

And just down the hill is Oahu’s “second city,” Kapolei, where you’ll find two malls (Ka Makana Ali’i and Kapolei Commons), three movie theaters, multiple grocery stores, a post office, a fantastic public library, and a plethora of other shopping, dining, and entertainment options, not to mention UH West Oahu, the fastest growing university in the United States.
